Goodbye 2008...Hello 2009

First off, i wanted to tell you all Happy New Years!! It's been awhile since i've wrote on here, haven't really been doing a whole lot, but I'll try to fill you all in.

Christmas came with a handful of fun!! I chose this year, since it was our first year in the house, to do Christmas Eve AND Christmas Day dinners here. It was ALOT of fun, but very tiring at the same time. Between juggling all of that, working, and being a mom, I hurt my shoulder..somehow. I went and got an MRI done, and it showed I had a partial rotator cuff tear. SO NOT FUN!! Started some physical therapy, and just trying to get through all of this. Camden got way too many toys, and I can't even remember what most of them were. His favorites were a digital camera, a shake and go dragster set, and the Leap Frog Tag Book Reader. Jesse and I got some things for the house, including a new freezer for in the garage, loaded with beef!! His parents bought us 1/4 cow of beef for christmas, so we are set for awhile. Oh and best of all, I got a new car!!! Jesse put $1000 down for me =) What a wonderful present huh? Its a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Its completely loaded, anything you can think of..it has.

My sister, who lives in Florida, and her 3 year old son Brody, came and stayed at our house for a couple days, and actually just left today. Camden and Brody are only 7 months apart, so they get along great. Besides the usual "only child syndrome" that children seem to have. It was a great visit, considering I haven't seen her in 3 years!! Camden was 2 months old, and Brody was 9 months. She is hoping to get a highly anticipated job in Spokane, WA and move back home..to be closer to everyone. (i will be posting some pictures when i have time)

We are still adjusting to having our own house. Its getting more "normal" for us, but im still trying to establish a routine with Camden. He is doing very good. We are in our 2nd try at potty training, seeing as before, he turned out to be not ready, only I was. This time, I think he's the one thats ready, its just taking time. Hoping for a new years miracle =)

Camden is 3!

Yesterday, was Camden's 3rd birthday! We had his birthday party on Saturday Oct. 25th, at our house. It was very hectic, but wonderful and I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. He got way too many presents, literally. We did the Spider-Man theme, because that is what he is obsessed with at the moment, well that and lightning mcqueen. I did 'Cars' at his school though. Well I will be posting pictures later!!

We are in!!

Yep, we are in our new house. We moved in Tuesday night, and that was also our first night sleeping here. Very overwhelming and exhausting, but SO worth it. It is so amazing. We have our own space and our own freedom! I am still unpacking stuff everyday, just taking it slow. I am also planning on having Camden's 3rd birthday here, so that will be exciting. We are getting our phone, internet and satellite hooked up this week. Well, I need to get to work, so I will post again later, and put more pictures up soon!!

Packing up..

So, the time has come. We are finally moving!! We are getting the final inspection done on Tuesday, so we can start moving Tuesday night! WOOHOO! I thought this day would never come. Now, until then, we are just packing and unpacking. I've moved like 4 boxes today and unpacked them all. Calling to hook up our phone, tv and internet tomorrow. Finally, we have our own home to enjoy! Will be posting pics and updating once we get in.

Happy October

Wow, I can't believe its already October, which only means...Camden's birthday is right around the corner. I can't believe, that he is already going to be 3!! Where in the world, did all the time go? We will be having his birthday at our new house..woohoo..We should be moving in ANY TIME! They did the asphalt yesterday, and we are meeting with the lady who does the mirrors and shower doors today at 3:30pm. Going to call the Inspector for the final inspection, and then...WE ARE IN!
I will post new pictures once we got everything in the house. We did get our furniture and new bedroom set delivered last week =)

So close, yet so far...

So, we are in our final stretch to move into our new house. It is SO exciting. All we are waiting for, is for the Master Bath tub to be hooked up, the asphalt poured for our entry to our driveway, and the water to be turned on. YAY!! I say..2 weeks or less. Our furniture and bed get delivered tomorrow....

Welcome!

Hello everyone. So i've finally decided to make a blog for our family news. And basically, just to keep everybody posted on basically Everything!

We are still getting our house built. It should be done by the end of August (hopefully). We are very excited. Today, we get to go and pick up Camden's new bed. And im sure you can already guess...Its Lightning McQueen (from CARS).

I will post pictures as soon as i figure out how to.
